Special seminars are our way of teaching and sharing a rich array of Chinese Martial arts and health practices that go beyond what’s learned in regular classes. Seminars can include Chi Kung, special Tai Chi forms, weapons, or self defense like Chin Na. Seminars are normally held on three Saturday mornings in a month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Some are self contained and take only one month (3 classes) and some, like Tai Chi long forms are longer and can span over the course of 6 months or more.
